Rise Into Motherhood is a small business founded by Alison, a mother of two and a certified birth doula with DONA International.
Rise Into Motherhood is founded on the understanding that "To love and nurture the next generation, a mother must also be loved and nurtured."
We offer an array of services and products that are intended to nourish the mother as she cares for her baby.
Our education

We believe that taking care of the mother is an essential component in the overall health and well-being of an entire family. A healthy, nourished mother means a healthy family. Our services and products are built upon this belief.
Our mission & Vision
Alison is a mother of two and has been a registered birth doula with DONA International for six years.
“The reason why I became a birth doula is a personal one. My grandmother was a midwife. I grew up hearing a lot about birth. I was always very interested in it, even as a little girl. When I became a mother myself, I became even more passionate about pregnancy and birth. I saw for myself what a unique and tender time it is in a woman’s life. I understand and have experienced how women can struggle during the transition into motherhood. As a birth doula, I find purpose in supporting mothers during this time.”
