Description of course
In this course, we will explore how to prepare for birth using practical, physical, and mental tools.
We will then move into understanding birth as a physiological process—what to expect during labour, how it may feel in your body and mind, and the comfort measures you can use to support yourself through each stage.
In the final part of the course, we will focus on the immediate period after birth and the weeks following your baby’s arrival, helping you feel supported and prepared as you transition into postpartum and early parenthood.
